Question 1

How is FrescoStar different from a generic NFC stand?

Accepted Answer

Generic stands send every customer directly to Google, where unhappy ones leave 1-star reviews. FrescoStar presents two transparent choices: private feedback to you, or a public Google review. Happy customers go to 5-star reviews, unhappy ones go to your inbox , not your rating.

Question 2

Is this review gating? Is it Google-compliant?

Accepted Answer

No. FrescoStar does not block, hide, or prohibit any customer from leaving a public Google review. Both paths are always available. This is fully compliant with Google Business Profile policies.

Question 3

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

About 3 seconds. You find your business on Google Maps and tap to confirm. No URLs to program, no tutorials required.

Question 4

Are there any monthly fees?

Accepted Answer

No. $59.99 is a one-time payment. Lifetime VIP Dashboard access is included. No subscriptions, no contracts, no hidden fees , ever.

Question 5

What happens if a customer is unhappy with my service?

Accepted Answer

They are routed to a private feedback form that goes directly to your inbox and dashboard. You get a real-time email alert so you can resolve it before it ever becomes a public 1-star review.

Question 6

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Stands ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination, typically 3-7 business days.

Question 7

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: if FrescoStar does not help you collect better customer feedback within 30 days, we refund the full $59.99 on request.

Question 8

Do I need to install an app on my phone?

Accepted Answer

No. Customers just tap the Stand with their phone (NFC) or scan the QR code. You manage everything from the web VIP Dashboard. Nothing to install on either side.
